"Freshness made me a little hesitant"
Some of the items were fresh, but a few looked like they’d been sitting around for a while. It wasn’t awful, but I expected better. it makes me trust the quality a bit less for next time

So, I had to return my order and I was a little worried about how it would go, but yeah, the refund came through in just a few days. Support got back to me quickly too, which was nice. Overall, it was easy and, like, not a big deal at all...

"Decent enough, but a little annoying"
The site seems fine overall, and my order did eventually arrive, so I can’t really complain too much. But the shipping updates were slow and kind of frustrating to keep checking. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more annoying than it needed to be. I might order again, but only if I couldn’t find the item somewhere else...

I returned a hoodie and it did get processed, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I had to send an email once just to check what was going on — not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying. The refund did come through in the end, so overall it was okay, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

The box showed up dented, but thankfully the item inside was fine. I did reach out about it, and the response made me feel a bit talked down to, like I was making a bigger deal out of it than I was. Overall, the product was okay, but the packaging and support experience weren’t great.

I mostly signed up for the loyalty rewards, and it does work, I’ve earned some points so far. The offers just feel kinda slow to build up, so it’s not super exciting yet. It’s not bad though, and I’ll probably keep using it for now.

I did reach out to support, and they basically said something like, “Try going through the main categories first, that’s usually the quickest way,” which helped a bit. "The communication could’ve been clearer"
I ordered from Highway 3, and the biggest problem for me was the communication. I did get emails, but because they didn’t really explain what was going on with my order or when it would ship, I was left guessing most of the time.
Support eventually got back to me, which I appreciated. But the replies were short, so I still didn’t feel like I had a clear answer. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be

I reached out to customer service it took days before I heard anything back. I get that places get busy, my inbox is a disaster too, so I can’t judge too hard — but when you’re waiting on an answer, a few days feels like forever. By the time they replied, I’d already kind of lost patience and made a cup of coffee that somehow went cold twice. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than I expected.

I gave shophighway3.com a try, it was just an okay experience. My order did eventually arrive, but the shipping felt slower than expected and the tracking updates were a little confusing along the way. The product itself was fine—not bad, but nothing that really stood out either. If I found the same thing cheaper or easier to order somewhere else, I’d probably go with that instead. Overall, it didn’t leave me feeling very confident or excited to shop there again
